Demara is an international property introduction service founded by a group of Danish investors with personal experience in the Dubai market since 2014. The company is headquartered in Jordan and operates internationally through a network of referral contacts across selected markets in Europe and North America.
The name Demara joins Denmark with Emarah, the Arabic word for the Emirates. Short, simple in any language, and an early signal of where the company started. The full registered name is Demara Estate, which trades over a Jordanian legal entity, Malaf AlMushtary Real Estate Management Company Limited, that carries the company's regulatory and contractual obligations. Malaf AlMushtary is Arabic for "the Buyer's File" — the same file Demara builds for every client, and the foundation of how the company works.
The Demara process is deliberate. Every engagement starts with a structured assessment that builds the buyer's profile. From that profile, the team identifies developers whose offering may genuinely fit. When an introduction is made, it goes only to developers Demara works with directly. From the point of introduction onward, pricing, documentation, payment terms, and handover are conducted directly between the buyer and the developer.
Demara's international presence is built one relationship at a time. Referral contacts in each country are chosen for their understanding of how buyers in their market think, plan, and decide. They are the first point of contact for many of the buyers Demara works with. From that point on, every assessment, every piece of information, and every developer introduction is handled by the core team, with no exceptions.
